Laurel Elders is the Founder, CEO and a Lead Senior Faculty at the ICF Accredited, Institute for Integrative Coach Training (IICT), headquartered in Tucson, AZ.

She began her career as a coach in 2005 after noticing that we are living in pivotal times; corporations often place profit above people, individuals are feeling lost in the "rat race" and corporate drive is leaving the largest scale impact on the future of sustainability.

Laurel observed how coaching is powerfully tapping into the next phase of human potential in ways never before experienced and is contributing to powerful solutions.

Laurel invested in bringing the highest levels of coach training and mentoring, into a world that needs people's gifts, talents, purpose and heart,
now more than ever.

Her clients and students are torch holders for positive impact, locally and globally, in service to the success of generations to come.

MEET THE IICT ADVISORS:

Get to know our advisory team of
Independent Contractors and volunteer advisors who
support the IICT Mission.

Our original advisory team gathered in 2011 to answer the question:

"What didn't we receive in our coach training programs that left us frustrated and would have enabled us to reach success with greater ease?"

The answers to that question is what produced the rich and comprehensive training covering every base you need to succeed.  The last thing a student needs is to graduate from a program and then learn they need more training in a certain area, additional hours, or more support in another.

To this aim, we offer a complete training from a Business Launch blue-print in Week 4 to in-depth mentoring and personal development coaching, giving you the opportunity to receive personalized training and development!

All of our advisors are successful full-time coaches and instructors at IICT.  Train with us and you have hired a team of seasoned coaches that show you the ropes of success in coaching and beyond.
