Conscious Capitalism

Last week we looked at shifting perspective.  
 
This week we look at a budding new perspective on business ethics.  It is called Conscious Capitalism.  It was first coined by the founder of Whole Foods.
 
Imagine a world where companies place people's well-being above the drive for profits.  How-about placing the environmental impacts above profits?  
 
Conscious Capitalism doesn't believe in not making money. The movement does believe that if we create business that focuses on positive impacts, then that is a better business paradigm.
 
I couldn't agree more!
 
This philosophy, approach and movement is very aligned with integrative intelligence and so I couldn't wait to share this week's resource with you.
