Tamica is on a mission to change Corporate America for the better... one leader at a time. She believes that each person has it within themselves to be an excellent leader. Someone who can develop themselves, motivate and inspire the people around them, and transform organizations.

Tamica holds an M.A. in Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a B.A. in Organizational Development and Psychology from American Intercontinental University. She is a Certified Professional Integrative Coach (CPIC) and a Professionally Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.  

Tamica has been an HR Professional and Leadership Development Coach for the past 20 years. She has coached and developing leaders in a wide range of organizations from Fortune 100 companies to mom-and-pop shops.

Tamica's professional coaching services include: DiSC Personality Profile Assessments, 360 Assessments, unconscious bias & diversity coaching, executive presence, stakeholder alignment, Emotional Intelligence, leadership development, and Individual, group and corporate coaching.

​Suzanne McFarlin, PCC, BCC, and owner of Step Up Leaders, is a board-certified coach specializing in executive coaching and leadership development. She received professional certificates for training services through the American Society for Training and Development and is trained in the StrengthsFinder assessment and certified in the Four Lenses assessment. Suzanne received a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Michigan. She has been a Professional Leadership Coach and Adjunct Instructor for MBA students at the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.

Suzanne is involved in many community organizations and causes. In 2018, she was awarded the Greater Tucson Leadership Alumni Excellence Award and was a finalist for the Tucson Women of Influence. She has served as an Alumni Honorary Commander for Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. She is a graduate, board member, former Executive Director, Leadership Coach, and Past President of Greater Tucson Leadership. In 2005, she was the recipient of the Brigadier General Ronald L. Kurth Merit Award for Leadership.

As a coach and leader, Suzanne loves to build connections with innovation and impact to enable individuals and groups to prosper and grow. She is fascinated with human potential and the spirit it takes to maximize it.

Leadership Coaching Specialization (LCS): 



​NEXT START DATE: July 11th, 2022 (Applications are now being accepted)
  • Applications are reviewed on a first-come first-serve basis.
  • If the program is a good fit, you will be offered a spot in the upcoming LCS.
  • A $600 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.
  • Full tuition is due 4 weeks prior to class start.

LCS Full Certification: Enrollment in both Modules (54 hrs): $5,200
  • Module One: Training (24 hrs) - $3,500
  • Module Two: Internship (24 hrs) and Supervision (6 hrs)- $2,200​​

54 hours ICF CCEs
The LCS counts towards total training hours if you are applying for your MCC.

Program Prerequisites: 
  • Certified coach through an ICF Accredited program -or- hold an ACC, PCC, or MCC credential.​
  • Degree in Business, Management, Leadership -or- equivalent experience in the field.

MODULE ONE: LEADERSHIP & EXECUTIVE COACH TRAINING

12 Week Training (24 hours)  

New Program Launches July 2022!
Classes meet Mondays, 3-5pm PST / 4-6pm MST / 6-8pm EST via ZOOM.

We train you in leading edge leadership leveraging approaches. Some of our students come in with a background in StrengthsFinder, DISC, MBTI and/or EQ.

Previous experience in these is not required. All previous experience will be applied as we introduce our unique approaches to each area. We also integrate each of the topics 
together so that you deliver a high-caliber experience for the leaders you coach.

MODULE TWO & THREE: INTERNSHIP & SUPERVISION 

​Leadership Coaching Internship (24 hours)

After training is complete, you have the option to move into the coaching practicum. Here you are paired with two leaders to coach. We provide the contract, the process, and materials for you to follow. 
  • Coach two leaders​ - 6-month contracts each
  • Conduct a 360

Coaching Supervision (6 hours)
  • Pick your supervisor from our Executive Coaching team
  • Meet once a month
  • Receive feedback, guidance, and coaching
