Nancy Smyth, MCC
Life & Leadership Coach
In the mid 1980’s, Nancy apprenticed with an Aztec Indian Medicine Man. Her entire apprenticeship was one of learning to see and recognize what was invisible to the eye. Life kept leading Nancy to lend a hand off the reservations as well, to more global communities. Loving the empowering process of coaching, Nancy studied and went on to receive a Master Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation in 2006.
Nancy’s clients include Fortune 500 organizations, entrepreneurs, couples, and individuals. Her focus guides clients to lasting substantial change, both professionally and personally. As coach, speaker, artist, and poet Nancy cultivates the experience, understanding and expression of peace-filled solutions.

Howie Adams, NCC, PCC
Personal and Professional Coach
Howie coaches from the client’s agenda with curiosity, building mutual respect and trust — providing an unconditional safe place for the client to express themselves; compassionately listening; playfully sharing his intuition; gently challenging the clients assumptions; providing encouragement; and importantly, completely accepting, appreciating, and seeing the client just as they are without judgment.
When the client connects with what matters most and what they are longing for, and acts in a way to take care of what they care about -- the possibilities are infinite.
His clients are adolescents, adults, couples, executives, and business owners. A retired dentist, he holds a DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, is a graduate of Newfield Network with a Newfield Certified Coach designation (NCC), and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.
