Welcome to the last week in 2020! Guess what?
You made it through a very trying year!! Congrats! What have you learned? What have you overcome? How are you stronger, clearer and ready to serve the excellence within yourself and others? We are grateful you are here. We are grateful you are part of helping the world be a better place. We are grateful for the impactful world of coaching. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year from our hearts to yours! When considering the stressors of 2020 I feel a variety of emotions. On one hand I'm impressed by how resilient humanity is. On the other hand I'm saddened. The constraints all of have felt around being stuck at home, or teaching kids while working, or losing touch with our friends/family in physical proximity has taken a toll on many. We have a coaching tool called the Map to Mastery. The map explains how when life gets imbalanced, this puts us in touch with our relationship to our life. Our relationship to ourselves, our environment, our freedoms, our boundaries and our relationships to others. Many of us are coming face to face with all of these relationships. Today's resource looks at how the pandemic has left an impact and the role coaching can play in mental "health". Having a healthy mindset can shape happier outcomes. COVID-19 has Changed Coaching In the weeks leading up to the UK’s coronavirus lockdown, I was feeling incredibly anxious, unusually tense and to be honest, frightened. I knew my mental well-being wasn’t great and yet acknowledging this was difficult. Luckily for me, these emotions were short lived, and I quickly bounced back into a more positive place.
