Racial Identity Development

As you know we are geeks for the variety of intelligences that humans embody. Intelligence represents our human capacity. There are many forms that intelligence can take. When we coach to all of human capacities, we call this Integrative Intelligence®. 

Integrative Intelligence® is also how we fully develop our capacities. This week I've included a resource that gives an overview of how we develop our identity racially. I felt looking at identity and race through the lens of development to be an important consideration in this day and age. We are evolving our sense and understanding of race.
