 Lauren Stidham is a certified life coach and graduate from the Institute for Integrative Intelligence. She was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and attended Northern Arizona University, where she dual majored in elementary and special education. Lauren taught 5th grade for 7 years then transitioned into sales. For over 15 years, she trained and empowered hundreds of women while building up her personal spa and skincare business.
In the Fall of 2019, Lauren felt called to do more meaningful work in this world and was introduced to life coaching. As soon as she settled into her first coaching class at the Institute for Integrative Intelligence, it felt like home. Coaching was the perfect place for her to use some of her top strengths like empathy, strategic thinking, and asking deep questions. In the Spring of 2020 (mid-pandemic), she opened her own coaching practice called Blueprint to Bloom and is helping others be the architect of a life they love. She is passionate about helping people get unstuck from fear and confusion, so they can move forward into their full potential! Lauren also assists with admin and operations at the Institute for Integrative Intelligence. When Lauren is not coaching… you will find her reading a book for book club or trying to recreate a Pinterest craft.
