There is much confusion around coaching!  Yet, the days of being asked "what sport?" are coming to an end!  In this video I reveal the distinctions between the top three modalities that cause the most confusion.  

Coaching has branched out beyond philosophy, mentoring and advising and is its own distinct discipline with professional ethics and standards clearly defined.  

Unfortunately, some people use the title "coach" as a blanket term for "I help people with... therefore I'm a coach" without knowing about the distinct and professional boundaries, processes and modalities that professional coaches are trained in and adhere to.
