Did you know that giving someone advice lights up only the logical side of the brain? Did you know that when people are inspired from within and come up with their own answers this lights up the emotional side of the brain? Guess where follow-through and positive action comes from? The emotional side. The emotional side of the brain has gotten a bad rap for being subjective or unreliable. YET, this is also the birthplace of inspiration, vision and positive action! When harnessed, emotional inspiration is a powerful tool! This is the power of coaching. We ask our clients to dig deeper within themselves to find their answers.
